Our first visit is a baseline evaluation of your connectivity and systems — from $240 + GST per hour, or $180 + GST per hour for members (free to join). Pre-paid hour packs are available for households that want a butler on retainer

Usually, yes. We start with a wireless survey, then use a combination of correctly placed access points, existing pay-TV or phone cabling, and powerline or Wi-Fi backhaul where appropriate. Where in-wall cabling is genuinely the right answer, we quote it clearly and handle it tidily.
