Call us when you need us at the public rate, or become a member and buy time in advance at a lower one. Rates are quoted excluding GST, with the GST-inclusive total shown alongside.
Public rate
$240+ GST / hour
$264 per hour including GST
- Two-hour minimum call-out, then billed to the half hour
- No membership, no commitment — settled at the visit
- Each call-out carries the two-hour minimum
Member rate
$180+ GST / hour
$198 per hour including GST
- Rounded up to the half hour, up to five hours per casual visit
- Paid at the visit, or drawn from a pre-paid balance with no visit limit
- Priority response and quarterly system health check
$60 an hour less, and joining is free.
Free to join. The rate drops the moment you sign up.
There is no fee and no minimum. What we ask in exchange is that you let us stay in touch — with quarterly system notes, firmware advisories, and security alerts that actually affect your equipment. That’s the trade, and we’d rather say so than pretend the lower rate is a gift.

Unsubscribe freely
Leaving the mailing list never changes your rate or your balance. Service notices about your own equipment continue either way.

Pack hours sit on your account until you use them. Nothing is written off at the end of a job — whatever a visit doesn't consume stays on your balance, at the rate you bought it, for two years. Drawn down in half-hour increments and visible any time you log in. Members only; prices exclude GST.

A pack is worth it once you draw most of it down — the 10-hour pack beats paying casually after about 9 of its 10 hours, and the 40-hour pack after about 31 of its 40. You have two years, and the calculator below shows the figure for whichever pack you're weighing up. All prices exclude GST. Your rate is locked at the price you paid, even if our rates rise. Hold more than one pack and the balances add together, oldest hours used first. If a job runs past your balance we tell you before the visit — you can top up, or the extra hours bill at the casual member rate. Hours are non-transferable and attach to one nominated property. Unused hours are not refundable but do not expire for two years from purchase. After-hours and weekend work draws down at 1.5×.What would your job cost?
